Fall Break gave us all a chance to get away and enjoy something different.
Friday was Fun!
Sophie and Klara had a fun girl cousin sleepover at Lyvia & Amelia's.
They made cardboard box rocket ships, giggled, played and pretended together, and had a hard time getting to sleep.
Zach and Quin spent the night at Grandma & Grandpa Jones's house. They played the Wii for at least half the time. They also watched Wall-E. They had spaghetti and meatballs for dinner and then their favorite breakfast - German Pancakes. They had a fun time.
Mom & Dad got to have some precious time away just to themselves.
We started our time at the Bountiful temple, and completed a stack of sealings from family cards. This was a very special experience.
We went shopping at IKEA, and Fashion Place Mall.
We walked around City Creek, and enjoyed dinner at The Cheesecake Factory (what a LOOOONNNNGGG wait!)
Went for a late night swim at the Hilton City Center, then retired to our room with a great view on the 10th floor.
Saturday was EPIC!
We had a wonderful outing to the Zoo with ALL of the Jones Cousins together!
We really "connected" with the animals!
Awesome days should always end with a carousel ride, and ice cream!
